Common questions

My reminders aren't showing up

Check Settings on your iPhone, then Winter Arc, then Notifications, and make sure they're allowed. If you said no when first asked, that's the fix. Also check the reminder time on the habit itself — tap the habit on the Arc tab.

I missed a few days. Have I ruined it?

No. Restart the habit, not the arc. A bad week in a ninety-day season is a bad week. The app is built around getting back to it rather than starting over, which is why there's no "reset to day one" button.

How do I take a rest day without breaking my streak?

Press and hold the circle next to a habit on the Today screen. You'll get the option to log it as a rest day or use a streak freeze. Both keep the chain intact.

Can I change my finish line after starting?

Yes. Arc tab, then "Move finish line". Your existing history is kept.

Where is my data stored? Can I get it back?

Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. There's no account and no server, which means it's private, but it also means we can't recover it if you delete the app or lose the device. Nothing to un-delete, sorry.

Is it coming to Android?

It's built cross-platform, so yes eventually. No date yet.

Does it cost anything?

No. Everything is free right now — no limits, no ads, no account.
