You're granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple end-user licence agreement (EULA), which applies to this app.
If you buy Winter Arc Pro, payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. A one-time "lifetime" purchase, where offered, unlocks Pro features for the lifetime of the app on your account and is non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
Everything you enter stays on your device. You are responsible for it and for keeping your own backups. We can't recover data from a lost or reset device.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the app, and don't use it in any unlawful way.
Winter Arc is a habit-tracking tool. It is informational only and is not medical, psychological, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your health or exercise routine.
